Audio Problem after windows7 install.

Hi, so recently I have installed a new version of windows 7 in this computer. and after the installation the audio messed up. this happened to me when I tried out windows 10 (why i downgraded back to win7). but now its happening to me again but with windows 7? I tried uninstalling drivers and installing it back. but nothing. and everything I troubleshoot nothing comes up. no problems. when I go to Playback Devices. it says "No audio devices are installed". Please help? I've been struggling to fix this for a week now. TY IN ADVANCE <33
