Hey guys Ima upgrade my pc from smd radeon hd 6870 xfx and a phenom ii x4 965 to i5 4670k and rx 480 and my moytherboard to a z97-p is it good? And would it work with a 550w bronze+ psu?

It would all work, and It's pretty good. However, AMD is releasing their Ryzen processors soon which are meant to be as strong as Intel i7's at a lower price. Maybe even a price of an Intel i5. So might be worth to wait a month.
