Ryzen + Vega build (To be future proof), suggestions please

I am planning to build a system with these specs

CPU : AMD Ryzen 8 core 16 threads ( Yet to be released )
GPU : AMD Vega ( Yet to be released) (Mainly for esports though and needs to be VR ready) ( I know its early)
Memory : Patriot Viper 4 8x2 PV416G340C6K (DDR4)
Case : NZXT H440 Black
SSD : Mydigital BPX 80mm 240gb
Motherboard : Yet to be released
HDD : WD blue 1TB
Accessories: Logitech g502 spectrum gaming mouse ( for moba)
Liquid cooling : ?

Just want to know if buying a case, Memory, SSD, HDD, now is a hasty decision and if its safe. because i have to buy it and ask my friend to carry it into my country.
Suggestions please.

on a serious note, if you have a use for those parts now, go for it.
If the price difference between your country, and the country you friend is travailing to is HUGE - do it.
But frankly, the ryzen won't be available for another few month.
Also, you know nothing about pricing of this CPU - it might be well over 500$. so i'd not order memory, everything else is fine to buy in advance

Can't suggest much until we're 100% sure what AMD Zen and Vega are like, and we don't until they're released.

i think that its too early to decide anything. remember the RX 480's launch? there was a shortage for a whole month after it's release. let the RYZEN CPUs first release, check their benchmarks and then pick the CPU that matches the performance you need and buy it when its in stock.

mate you dont want a razer branded case. why? because after a few months the mouse and keyboard will break and you will be left with a reminder every time you turn the pc on.
i have 2 mates that made that mistake

I personally don't get the hype with Razer at all either, especially when It's about a product Razer didn't even make, yet has their logo on it slapped with an extra 30-40 dollar increase in price for no reason. Plus, they sell overpriced hardware/peripherals. Awful brand, why do people like the logo so much?

I enquired a bit about razor products and I have a feeling it wont withstand wear and tear.
I have my eyes on the plain black h440 and for mouse I'm thinking of getting Logitech g502

CPU : Planning to buy 8 core 16 threads or 4 core 8 threads (if the pricing is similar to 7700k , ill get the 8 core ones)
Motherboard : Prices not yet released ( Biased to gigabyte ones)
GPU : Vega wont get released soon ( Thinking of buying AMD RX 460 ) ( Biased to gigabyte ones) (ONLY FOR DOTA 2)

Memory :Corsair vengeance ddr4 3200mhz
HDD :WD blue 1 tb 7200 rpm
SSD :Mydigital ssd BPX 240gb nvme pcie
Keyboard :Logitech g910 gaming keyboard
Mouse : Logitech g502 proteus spectrum

Monitor : Clueless ( AMD freesync if i wanna buy a good monitor ) Maybe wait for freesync version 2 ones, use my home 3D tv till then
