hey guys, i was wondering what the problem is with my computer i mean i have decent specs and i've seen videos of people having almost the same spec as me and they can run games like witcher 3 on 60 fps while mine struggles around 30 + i get random fps drops
my specs are :
AMD FX- 8320 eight core processor
MSI gtx 970 4GB
ASrock 970 extreme3 r2.0
8GB DDR3 1600 mhz Kingston
