High computer latency issues

Hello, so today i downloaded program called ''LatencyMon'' because i had had some performance issues in games (the game runs on high fps but it not smooth), so i ran the latency test and i seem to be having some troubles with ''ndis.sys - Network driver Interface Specification'', and some other stuff also, the latency gets pretty bad so i tried looking up some fixes on the internet but i didn't really find anything so i want to ask how can this issue be fixed?
Here is a picture i took after around 20 minutes of testing:

Here are my computer stats:
Intel Core I7-4710HQ 2,50 GHz
16 GB RAM
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M

Darn, there really isn't much you can do if the latency is driver side and the OEM never prioritizes it. you can always try the generics for your hardware if you would like, you may or may not loos some capabilities as OEM's some times customize their drivers and hardware. on the other hand though, if your not experiencing any issues from the latency, audio pops, weird input lag, frame stuttering in some cases, it might be best to just ignore it for the time being.

so this looks to be a laptop, mind sharing the make and model?

i have a MSI GS60 2PC Ghost that has similar specks to yours. i7-4700HQ, 16GB RAM, 2GB GTX 860M and have recorded high latency the entire time I've had it with little impact from it. but having just ran a BIOS update (this thread reminded me to check), i'm seeing lower average DPC after (went from ndis.sys to i8042 and rspLLL64 as highest time sources). sadly were at the mercy of the manufacturers here as all we can really do is driver/BIOS updates and swaps. i recommend visiting the Downloads section for your laptop and hoping there's newer drivers available. hopefully they will drop latency.

My laptops model is Lenovo IdeaPad Y50-70
I installed newest BIOS update from the lenovo website and the latency got a tiny bit better but its basically still the same.
