Request procedure for overclocking the AMD Phenom II B97 with AMD Overdrive

I have an HP 6005 Pro MT. I have installed an Arctic Freezer 7 to increase the cooling.
I want to use the AMD OverDrive software to overclock it as the BIOS is locked.
figure 2. shows the CPU at idle. I want to overclock it in small steps. How would you recommend
I do it ? How do I start ? I use Speccy to monitor the temperature.
Figure 5 shows the original cooler under "Heavy Load" and figure 9 with the new cooler under "Heavy Load" a difference of 18 deg C lower. I don't know the max temp but suspect it to be about 60 deg C.
The P.S.(Power Supply) seems big enough as it is bigger than the Small Form Factor with the same specs.
