I overclocked my 6700k to 4.6 Ghz, set vcore to 1.37, LLC at level 4, and current capacity at 120%, on the cpu-z, core volt is almost always at 1.36 v, should i lower anything

Solution

Oh well then your chip is average.. 75c at 4,6ghz is not very good. To return to your original question, no, everything is fine.

That's a decent OC Liquid-X.

The level of Core voltage will determine your temperature on the Core.
If you need 1.37V for stability at 4.6GHz then that's fine. If temps are getting high 75C+ during stress testing then drop the Core voltage in small increments .01V till its unstable. Then raise it back up in small increments till stable. You can gain 5-6C or sometimes even more.

4,6 ghz at 1,36v is not bad at all and you probably hit the silicon lottery. Well, ok if you have a custom loop this would be a pretty bad cpu, but I think you have a 212 evo - Am I right? :)

no i got a kraken x62, is AIO, i can prob go higher with the cpu, right now temp is mostly only 55c mostly and 63 C max underload, which almost never hit, but I'm happy with 4.6 Ghz

If your temps are under 85c and you don't have any stability errors during stress test such as prime 95(24h no stop), you can consider your overclock as rock stable.
