I have built a new computer and here are the components:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DCVCZ8

Problem is it won't boot. It won't even go the the BIOS.
I press the power button, the mobo lights up, and the fans work. I get a quick signal on my monitor, but then disappears. No logos or text show on the monitor except the monitor's logo.
The POST leds turn on and then go off, except the BOOT led, it stays one. When I press CTRL+ALT+Del on the keyboard, it restarts but this time the monitor doesn't get any signal at all.

What I have tried so far without any luck:
1- Unplugging the GPU and use the integrated one on the mobo
2- Taking out the Rams and trying them separately on different slots
3- Taking out and putting back the battery, and resetting CMOS
4- Taking out the mobo from the case
5- Taking out and putting back the CPU

What's the problem?

Sorry, I should've mentioned this, I have already seen this thread before posting my problem, and I already tried most of these, but no luck

I didn't know that. I just bought the cable online assuming it would work. I don't currently have a DVI cable, I will buy one today and let you know.
