Power Supply Switch? I dont know if I put 115V or 230V?

I might sound like a stupid question but if in the Switch it written 115V is it selected in 115V or the other side thats 115V? Our city uses 110v I want to make it sure I dont select it wrong

What country are you in? North America, Japan, and a few other countries use 110 (115)
Most of europe uses 230.

If your town is in the United States the pictured powersupply is correct.

If you get 110v from the wall, keep the psu on 115v as in your picture.
