I have a Dell system I recently upgraded with a gtx 1060 and new psu but I keep getting this error. It powers on and there is some kind on Intel boot setup I didn't click anything or mess around in the bios it just says the name of my harddisk and ssd and that they are non raid drives. It then sends me to a page that says that there was an issue with new hardware or software and gives me an option to boot normally or launch startup repair. Sometimes I get a blue screen of death that restarts the pc.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you

OptiPlex 9020 Small Form Factor, and which message ?

There should be something in the BIOS that allows you to turn off secure boot long enough to get the card installed. If not, you may have to update the BIOS to the latest version. Dell locks their systems down pretty tight and they don't validate every card that gets released, even if they're otherwise compatible.
