.net framework problem !!

Helo , i have a problem of a message error when i open some applications :

When i try to install the 4.0 version of .net framework a message appears stating for a same or high version already installed in the system !!

i have win 7 64 bit and this is some tools installed in my pc :

i have an empty list of enable/disable windows functions !!!!

The language is throwing me off a bit, but this should be fairly easy to take care of.

.NET framework is indeed part of Windows, it doesn't necessarily show up in Add/Remove Programs.

So if you have some serious error in .NET you can actually uninstall and re-install it. (It is then very wise to run any available Windows updates)

If you go to "Turn Windows features on or off" you should see .NET Framework right at the top. Uncheck them and click okay. After a bit you should be prompted to restart, prior to this, it may be a good idea to disable your applications from startup.

After the reboot, re-enable the feature, and reboot again. That will do the re-install.

Though it rarely works, you can also try sfc /scannow from a command...
