Is this cpu overheating?

It's hot but not overheating, if it was then the system would shut down. If the CPU cooler is properly installed with the correct amount of thermal paste and your still getting these temps then I would consider a budget aftermarket CPU cooler.

Depending what will fit in your case these two are a good choice and I'm pretty sure they'll fit that socket.

Problem is im from a country that they don't really ship into and if they do shipping would cost me more than the cooler itself, i was looking in local store website and i found this cooler, http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-tx3-evo/ ,is that one good and would it fit?
