USB 3.0 Disk acting like it's connected to a 2.0 port

Hello. I have this disk for 6 months and all worked great until the last restart my disk is stuck at 30 MB/s reads and writes. IT IS CONNECTED TO A 3.0 port and I already tested many and it's the same...

any idea?

Yes. Same stuff. Now i formated it and Read: 26 MB/s and write 132 MB/s. Still the read speed is very low.

Well there's something strange. On DiskMark it shows 26 MB/s read and on HD Tune shows 150 MB/s. Which one is right? xD
