I have two 21.5" 1080p Monitors on both sides, and one 2650x1080 monitor in the center. All are HDMI displays. Using my RX480 Red Devil, what adapters do I need to run a mixed-resolution Eyefinity group? Regardless of GPU power, can I just use 6 foot DP to HDMI cables, or are a special mix of adapters or outputs required? If so, can you link to these if possible?

According to this, you must have one display with DP. Does this mean I just have to use a single DP port with the above adaptor, and the other two on DVI and HDMI?
