do a search on youtube for "overclock asrock FM2A88M PRO3+" watch a few videos.

Then google "overclocking a10 7870K" and read a few guides.

I gave you all those guides because the answer to you actual question "...how high can i overclock an a10 7870k with this board.." is a mix of "chip lottery, each chip is different" and "if you don't care about frying the chip and have lots of aftermarket cooling then you can clock it pretty high" and "it depends". You'll see the variables when you read the guides. You are looking for how much voltage and how high temp you can go before you are at significant risk of losing the CPU.
If you post the cooling solution you are using and what case you have people may be able to give you some frequency ranges.
