Hello! I'm using gigabyte GeForce gtx 1060 as gpu and d fx 8320 as CPU and i tried to run league of legends and it has like 140 fps. I had like more with the old Radeon r 450. How is that possible? The gpu usage in game is 10% I don't think it's that much bottleneck because I'm playing overwatch on ultra settings with 70 fps. Maybe it's set automatic or? Thanks :)

I agree it sounds like your bottlenecked. The FX 8320 is not a great gaming CPU. Checking your CPU usage will help. If you want to know for sure turn down your in game settings as low as they go and your screen resolution to the lowest as well. If you frame rate is the same as it with the higher settings your using now then that is your culprit. If not then you may just need to reload your drivers. Run DDU in safe mode to uninstall your drivers fully then choose clean driver install when you install your drivers again. LMK if any of this helps.

Your CPU has 8 cores. 20-25% is 2 cores pretty much maxed, which may be all that the game uses. That particular game is not GPU demanding at all. It is possible Nvidia's drivers are dialing back the clocks due to such low usage, you can set the 3d settings Power Management Mode to performance if you want to make sure that doesn't happen, but really, does it matter once you are at 140 FPS?

What is your PER core usage. As mentioned above 20-25% can still be maxing out 2 cores. If any core is reaching 100% whilegaming you are likely hitting a bottleneck. Some games are well threaded (Darksiders Deathfintive Edition Uses all 12 threads I have equally for example) others not so much (many DX 11 titles use multiple cores but will still tax one core much harder then the rest).
