So I shipped my desktop to college, and the CPU fan came loose. I thought I re secured it properly and instead on it's return to my house I discovered it had fallen off breaking one of the 4 legs in the process. So I'm looking for a new CPU Fan asap for my i5-4570.

I'm hoping to get a new one tomorrow from Best Buy so that I can use my computer. Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks!

An AIO cooler is an All-In-One liquid cooling loop. It uses a radiator and pump to move liquid from the CPU and a fan to cool the radiator. Here is a fairly decent unit if your interested, though it's more meant for overclocking.

The advantage over the low profile cooler is it produces much lower noise and much much lower temperatures. Though they only last 5 years under normal use (ie cleaned from time to time, does not account for potential damage during shipping). To note, have a liquid loop of any kind in a device thats frequently shipped does add another risk...

All I would need to know is what motherboard your using, what case is it in, and how much your looking to spend. There are plenty of universal options that will fit in virtually any scenario, so I guess the real question is will you be shipping this system often, or never again, or somewhere in between? If it's going to be often an AIO cooler may be a good option, or if your on a lower budget I would still advise against tower coolers in devices that will be shipped.

These are my current specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RxM3tJ

I plan on shipping probably 4 times a year for the next couple years. To college in fall, back in winter, back to college at end of break, back home in summer. I don't have a set budget, and am not very familiar with what the average cost is, but if possible something cheaper.

Thanks for the suggestions, first what does an AIO cooler mean? Secondly did you mean to link me to a low profile cooler? Because that link goes to a motherboard

Thats really a personal choice whether the additional price, and risk is worth the lower temps, and noise.
