I have three sticks of DDR3, 4GB each running at 1333mhz. Yeah that's a bit slow these days but next year I'll probably upgrade to 16gb of DDR4 but in the meantime I'm just wondering if I should switch my ram around at all because two of the sticks are different brands and they have different CAS latencies to my other stick however the sticks are split up so I have a different brand in the second slot and the other brand's sticks are in the third and first slots so if Just swap the second and third slots around will that help at all? I don't plan on getting a fourth stick so it's what I'm sticking with for now, just wondering if I could possibly get any improved performance by swapping them around. My mobo doesn't support triple channel so it probably won't help anyway, just wanted to know. Thanks.
