PC don't boot. No POST and beeps..

What the title said, fans from cpu/gpu/case are working. Keyboard, mouse and monitor are not working too. What hardware is faulty? Please help..

^ 3 yr old setup. Mobo is asrock z87 extreme4.

Try connecting a case speaker https://images10.newegg.com/NeweggImage/ProductImage/12-201-032-02.jpg to it, start the board with no RAMs and see if any beeps.
