Fx 6300 max Voltage?

Well I got h100i for my birthday so I have decided to overclock my cpu to 4.5 ghz I got it stable at 1.524v is that voltage to high? My max package temperature is 44c and it fluctuats from 42 - 44c is this ok? I overclock it to 4.4 and the voltage was at 1.440 and the temperature ranged from 35-37c all help is appreciated

My specs are
Fx 6300 black edition
Gigabyte game 970a ud3p
R9 390
2x4gb ram
Win10
