Can't setup my N300 Netgear extender.

Router model: TG799vn v2
Extender Model: WiFi Range Extender Model WN300RPv3

I don't know why, but whenever I try setting up my extender it says "Authentication problem" and then it won't connect. In both setups I have to connect to the extender before I can do anything else. Any ideas?

Often caused by mis-matched wireless key - - ie the key you are entering does not match the actual key in the router configuration.

Wireless keys are case-sensitive so double-check how the actual key appears in the router configuration utility.

Another common mistake is mis-reading a letter as a number (eg reading the number '6' as a lower-case 'b' or vice-versa).
