I have a desktop with two hard drives, both connected to the motherboard via sata cables but one of my hdd keeps on disconnecting.
I've opened the case and replaced the sata cables a lot of time and every time I do that the hdd reconnects(for a couple of minutes, hours, days) and disconnects again.
I don't know whether the problem lies with the cables or the hdd because both cables work fine with the other hdd and if there would've been a problem with the hdd then it wouldn't have started at all. I don't know if there's a problem with any loose connection or something.
FYI windows is installed in the hdd that works fine so my pc is starting but the other hdd keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting by itself(the notification shows in the bottom right corner of the taskbar)
