24GB RAM in total but only 16GB usable

Hi, i just reinstalled my windows, before i was able to use whole 24gb of my DD3. But now i am able to only use 16 GB (but 24 usable) When i reinstalled somehow my Win 10 become home, i quickly upgraded it again to PRO but the problem is still here.

No, i never had win 7 it was written Win 10 home and then i upgraded it to Pro. i am 100% sure of it.

I would check that the sticks are in properly. If youre using 8 GB sticks

Those are 2x hyperx 8 gb and 1x goodram 8 gb. Overall amount 3x8 gb. Should i switch them or put them in and out ?

Does your BIOS actually see all 24GB? What happens if you move that 3rd oddball stick to a different slot? Are they all running at the same speed?

BIOS see all my 24 GB, If i move my Ram around nothing changes, it still uses them. No they don't hyperx are 1866 and that other is 1600. Altrough i note that BEFORE i reinstalled my windows it used ALL 24GB without a problem. Same system.
