WHICH RAM IS BETTER FOR MSI B150M MORTAR ?

1: Crucial Ballistix Sport White 16GB Kit 8GBx2 DDR4 2400Mhz PC4-19200 DIMM 288-pin Memory CL16

2: Kingston HyperXFury 16GB Kit (2X8GB) DDR4 2133 16G Memory CL14

3: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2X8GB DDR4 2133MHz C13

I find that crucial is cheaper than the 2 below...but still want some expert to help me on this difficult choice.

Really, it makes little difference in real app performance.
Your list is in order with the lower performing kit on top to highest on bottom.
The figure of merit is to divide the speed by the latency giving 2400/16 = 150 for #1 and 2133/13 = 164 for #3.

You are looking at a performance spread, assuming you have a discrete graphics card in the 1% area.

I have Intel core i7-6700 3.4ghz.

I want to save money so crucial is cheaper.
It will be Ok if I choose crucial ballistix sport?
