Installed a new GPU and once in a while it would stop displaying even though the game was still running. Found some people with similar issues that resolved with BIOS update. Updated and now windows won't start (Shows screen with side scrolling bar, then quick flashes BSOD, then goes to Windows failed to start, Launch Startup Repair or Normal. Sys repair can't fix issue). Ideas. I'd even be willing to revert to an old BIOS if possible.

Win7 Pro
Z77 Extreme4 (BIOS v. 2.9)
i5-3570K
16gb ddr3-1600 ram

Previous BIOS version was 2.0 I believe

Operator Error. Looks like the update changed some settings that I wasn't aware of. It wasn't properly looking for the SSD. I'm up and running. Thanks for the help peeps.

Solution
You can order a BIOS chip on ebay, flashed with a specific BIOS version and replace the board's one.
As for the issue you're experiencing, try playing with the CSM setting in BIOS.
