i7 6700k weird things happenin

So after the windows update for 8.1 weird things happen. i7 is at 1.3ish volts at idle. cpu is 25-30c at startup. Once I played csgo and it got up to 75c!. I have a cooler master evo. is this normal?

Volt and start temps ok.

Temperature, not so ok. That temperature won't damage your CPU but running at it for prolonged time will shorten its life span.

I have an i5 6600k at 1.320V and about 35C at startup. Temps while playing CSGO never exceed 67C.

Same fan btw, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.
