this is my current setup:
FX 6300 @ 3.5 ghz ( i removed the OC cause my CPU was throttling )
GTX 750 TI Superclocked 2gb
8GB ddr 1866mhz

My issue:
Friends with less specs then me for example, FX 4100 + GTX 560 have 200+ fps with all settings on and high.

i can not get above 170 not even with everything off.
ever since update v1.25 i've been noticing FPS drops and my fps is always stuck between 100-120 it does not matter if i turn settings down or up, i have 90 - 120 with everything on high, and 100-120 with everything on low.

Sometimes only in online games my fps just drops to 50-60 for a split second and goes back up to ~100 and this happens every now and then, i've checked CPU temps and GPU temps, max CPU temp when playing: 45
max gpu temp when playing: 61

Can someone please tell me how i can fix this ? and how it is possible for someone with worse equipment then me to have double the amount of FPS...

Solution
Turn off V-sync if that is enabled.
You can also try to disable Origin in-Game-Overlay same goes for Steam in-games Overlay, that is not necessary for playing, but is known for somewhat GPU and CPU demanding tasks.

In Steam menu: Steam > Settings > in Games => Uncheck 'ActivateSteams overlay in games > click Ok.

Uplay has similar in their settings menu.

In Origin right click on selected games and its setting and turn the Overlay off

A GTX 560 can actually outperform a 750 in certain games. Especially the higher clocked ones. Also, blame NVidia for bad 7 series drivers.

---

A couple of bonus things:

First of all, what is the refreshrate of your monitor?

Secondly, do you and your friends use the same Windows versions?

--

It could also be your GPU downclocking to save power.

--

Lastly, make sure you are in "Fullscreen" mode. "Windowed Borderless" / "Borderless" modes in games will let Windows cap the framerate to whatever your monitors refresh rate is. So if you have a 120Hz monitor, your framerate won't ever go above 120 in one of those modes.

This is useful if your game is temperamental in full screen and you need to access the desktop regularly–it’ll look like full screen, but act like a window.
End Quote.
In Your case make sure to run in Fullscreen mode, as Stysner above mentioned.
