Port forwarding/virtual server not working

Is there an application running and listening on 16261 on the .100 host? If not then the port will not appear open because there is nobody to connect to.

I wouldn't recommend opening port 80 on the WAN unless you have a good firewall on that .100 host ...

Thanks for the reply! I don't really know what you mean by listening on the 16261 on the .100 host. I want to open the 16261 port because im running a server of a game "Project zomboid", although since the ports are not being opened none of my friends can join.
