heat spreader laptop memory

I just purchased a dell inpiron 15 7000 series (7579) 2-in1 laptop/tablet. it has 2 slots for memory. it came with 8gb of memory and can take up to 32gb of memory. ddr4 pc19200 2400mhz 260-pin. I am wanting to know if this laptop can handle memory with heat spreaders. I read an article on here that heat spreaders can sometimes interfere with components. can anyone clarify this for me? and if they can't be used which memory would be best for this laptop? thank you

Most memory manufacturers have a website that has a link to a configureator. You put the make and model of your laptop in and it will tell you if they have any memory that will work with it. I have used the configureator from Crucial, Corsair, and Kingston.
