I just installed the Coolermaster tx3 to my nephews system that has an fx 81xx a 125W chip and it cools it silently.
its a bit smaller than the 212EVO but you will not have to remove the motherboard to install the tx3

Great little cooler and should handle the 95W 6300 handily. easy and quick installation is a plus.

Your motherboard is of poor quality for FX-6, let alone overclocking it.
