I am looking for a "gaming" CPU but I am not sure if I get a"rendering" grade CPU for editing because I am not sure if I will be doing that stuff but I do want to make mods for Space engineers, Kerbal space program Skyrim? Fallout 4? stuff like that. Which Would suit me? i7-6700k or i7-5820k? I want a perfect balance that will not hinder performance on either end.

I want the best performance with the ability to have high FPS and Faster load times and fast rendering.
You can change the lists if there is any "bad" combinations but on all lists I want decently fast RAM (DDR4?) but Keep the storage and peripherals so just what concerns the CPU
