Hi,currently I'm facing a dilemma having to do with my PC build, my specs are sub par as of right now and I was hoping to get an outside opinion.
My current build is:
Case: classic Ibuypower case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227694&cm_re=ibuypower-_-83-227-694-_-Product
Psu: 520 Watt Seasonic bronze
Ram: 1x4 Gb A-Data
Cpu: Amd Fx-4200
Graphic card: Evga Ftw gtx 950
1 Tb HD WD
Motherboard: M5A78L - M LX Plus Micro Atx

My Gpu is being heavily bottlenecked by my cpu and I was thinking of replacing my current mobo with an LGA1150 one and use an i5 4460. However I was considering the fact of upgrading my case to accommodate a full size atx, and to provide my equipment with adequate cooling. Is this a good idea? And if so how much should I be looking to spend for a case that will allow for future upgradability?
Thanks much

So do you think my case is adequate as of right now? And how much could I upgrade the graphics card before it gets bottle necked by the CPU?
And will 8Gb of ram have a significant effect over the 4Gb

The case is fine. 8GB would make a significant difference a lot of the time over 4GB. You could upgrade your video card to probably a GTX1050ti or MAYBE a RX470, but I think I would get away from that old AMD FX before upgrade your video card.
