Can I use a Tablet with a Styles Pen as a External Monitor for my Main, and then still use the Stylus Pen for Productivity?

I have a powerful PC, which runs games and software well.
In the near future, I'm going to buy a CHUWI Hi12, and delete the android partition to make it a windows only tablet.
The purpose of the tablet is light school work, however, the tablet seems to not be able to run intensive software (High-resolution photoshop editing ect.).
My question now is:
Is there a way to use the tablet on my main PC like a Wacom tablet?
I would love to use it as an external monitor, while
still having the ability to use the styles. Is this possible, or should I look into alternatives?

There are a few options to use a tablet as a screen for the PC, none are very good when it comes to input lag. http://www.instructables.com/id/Tablet-Second-Monitor/ You can also use a remote access program to get a remote connection to the computer over your network.
