Open Air/Blower style cooling in mini itx case

Hello,

I'm planning to fit a GTX 1070, and the case I have in mind is a Phanteks Evolv Itx. I have seen Bitwit's video on blower style/open air cooling in a mini itx case (he used a EVGA FTW edition with dual fans), but was wondering if a gpu with triple fans would make a difference like the Asus Strix.

In a small case, you want to get the hot gpu air out of the case directly.
I might use a card with a blower style cooler or like the founder's edition.

Fancy coolers sell, and they are very effective in an open test bed.
In a case, not so much. You then have to depend on case cooling to get rid of the heat.
