I recently purchased a sharp LC-43N7000U 43" UHDTV and I'm connecting it to my PC with a GTX 1070 with an 18GBs premium certified HDMI cable. Nvidia detects my TV as the wrong TV and labels it as a hisense tv with a native resolution of 1080p. At 2160p 60hz I'm limited to YCbCr420 and can't set it to RGB or YCbCr444. After doing some searching online I found that my EDID info is indeed incorrect and needs to be ignored or overwritten but I don't know how to do that. I appreciate any help anyone can give.
BTW, there is no option for UHD color and I have already labeled my HDMI input as PC.
