Tried reading through all the pages but am unable to find an answer, even though this does not seem to be an uncommon problem.

I currently have 30 odd base system device errors in device manager. 3 performance counters and 1 system interrupt controller. All have the same vendor id (8086-Intel) but different device id's, all of which remain unknown. Ive used all of Intel's driver update systems, update BIOS, latest graphics drivers and so on and im still getting low FPS and graphics levels.

Currently running; Windows 7 Ultimate
i7-4820K @ 3.70GHz Processor
16GB RAM
GeForce 1060 6GB Graphics Card
Rampage IV Formula Motherboard

Got all the latest drivers from Asus as well as updated the BIOS to the latest version 5001. The Base System Device errors remain the same. Its the device ID that has got me stuffed as it does not show in any database. Copy and Paste the hardware ID into google and there are numerous hits with people who are having the same problem, but blaming the wrong thing (ie blaming blizzard network). For example;

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0E1D&SUBSYS_84EF1043&REV_04
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0E1D&SUBSYS_84EF1043
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0E1D&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0E1D&CC_0880

Plug into Google and several pages come up from multiple games, all with the same FPS dropping to single digits issue.
