I just installed a new Windows 7 and there are no drivers. Everything under the "Other devices" tab of Device Manager has a yellow warning sign on it. My PC doesn't have a physical CD\DVD drive. I can't connect to the internet since I don't have drivers and the computer doesn't recognize USB sticks for the same reason. Anything I can do?

Solution
Depending on your usb version (win 7 only goes to usb 2.0), if your pc is only 3.0 try this guide http://codeabitwiser.com/2014/03/how-to-install-windows-7-with-only-usb-3-0-ports/

It helped me to get my usb3.1 working as just trying to install them was failing constantly even just copying the drivers to another HD would not read them. The downfall is you have to do it from a working windows 7+ install

I used an USB stick. I could install the OS from there, but the OS itself doesn't recognize it.
