I am upgrading my pc, will these new parts work with my old parts and will there be any software issues
I'm upgrading to
ASRock H170M Pro4
Intel Core i5-6500
16gb ram
I already have: Nvidia GTX 750TI, DeepCool DN500 500W,Win10(32bit)
Also can I upgrade to 64bit OS without buying new Windows

Parts will just work fine. You'll need to reinstall windows indeed and if you have a 64bit version of windows on a cd or usb device then you can just install it.

You will need to get the x64 (64 bit) version of Windows 10 to use all 16GB of RAM. As far as I remember, you can use the 64 bit version of the same version of Windows with the same serial number.
