Motherboard problems after remooving GPU

I remooved my GPU from motherboard to put on another PC and give this old one to my mom... and it started beeping, i was scared and put the motherboard back and connected all the cables like they were but the beeping did NOT stop... luckily my GPU is safe (selfish me :D ) but the motherboard keeps beeping.. i dont understand :(

Before i even look what all that is... can i do it witout the GPU? and can i do all that witout loosing data?

Well i guess i cant chat with you while i do that so... il give it a try visit this forum post in 30min

By memory you ment RAM? i already remooved ram started but it still beeped
and there is nothing on monitor i cant see anything just hear beeping

Yes this is my 3rd post and finaly someone replyed :(

and you did nto see my edit.. nothing shows up on the monitor
