My computer has been crashing several times a day for a loooong time and until now I've pretty much just been dealing with it which, you know, probably wasn't the best idea so am I right? I've finally started trying to fix it, but I'm not sure how to go about doing so.

I've used whocrashed to try and find out what the problem is, and I get this: http://puu.sh/sTz0C/14c10ee8a4.png
For the most part I don't actually get bluescreens, my computer just restarts completely.
There's also this:

So I'm guessing it's a driver problem.
I have an AMD Radeon HD 7800 series and the latest drivers, since that was the first thing I tried to fix the problem. If someone could help me out with how I should go about finding the root of the problem, I'd appreciate it.

General info:

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff557321(v=vs.85).aspx

Generally it points to a hardware problem. The general advice there is (1) remove any overclock, (2) check if any component is overheating, (3) check the CPU and RAM, and (4) check if all cooling solutions are working. Drivers could be an issue, though according to the above it is rare.

If you haven't already download a hardware monitor of some kind to check on temperatures, be aware the needs of your specific CPU. Something like HWMonitor.

Given the sudden restarts, I'd consider looking at the voltages on the rails of the power supply as well. HWMonitor gives an oversight as a software solution.

For the RAM, consider using MemTest to check for errors (8 passes are recommended).

Those would be general points to consider.
