My specs:
M4n68t-m V2
x4 965 @Stock
1050 Ti
6 Gb ram 1333 Mhz.
Frisby 450W PSU http://

My Cpu has 125w and Gpu 75w TDP. Its 200W. But my 12V channel can afford only 216W. My computer runs good I think. But I m not sure if I m getting full power of system or damaging components. I need advices. I don't wanna waste money if I don't need new Psu. I can't afford expensive power supplies.

You really are taking a risk. 216W on the 12V sounds really bad. I am not sure what is your definition of expensive PSU. I recommend EVGA 430W. It is a real power supply for a good price. Also it is has built-in protections that the Frisby probably does not.

The 12v rail on that psu is quite weak, only 18v and 216watts which is quite bad for a 400watt psu, I dont even think that should be called a 400watt psu. I would worry about that 12v rail you would be pushing it quite hard, I am having trouble finding any reviews or really and info at all on that power supply. So I would assume its not very good, I personally would not be comfortable using that power supply.

Read some reviews from some reputable sites on PSUs. Lots of junk out there marketed as good. Don't buy the hype because clean stable and adequate power is essential to longevity and proper function of a pc.
