I need to know if should purchase a msi 750 ti twin frozer 2gb ddr5 or any single fan 750 ti card?
Is dual fan need extra power?

Is pcie slot is enough for their power or i need an extra pin connector for them?
My pc specs are:-
Intel i5 2320 3.0
Intel dh61ww mobo
4 gb kingston 1333mhz ram
Corsair vs 450 psu
WD 1 TB hard disk
LG Dvd writer

Please help me quick coz i need to buy it in 2-3 days.

Yes the vs 450 has pcie power connectors. Like I said your power supply will power any 750 ti even if it requires a 6pin. The 750 ti is a very low power card.

Are rx 460s and gtx 1050s more expensive where you live? Either would be a better choice than the 750 ti.

To answer your question, maybe a watt or 2 more on the dual fan card. I know some 750 tis like the gigabyte windforce require a 6pin. Regardless your power supply is plenty for any 750 ti.

[strike][/strike]Rx 460 isn't available at my location and 1050 is a bit costly to me. I live in India.
I made up my mind for 750ti and want to buy this.
I just need a guidance whether dual fan is better than single fan with my pc specs.

Is it more expensive than other 750 ti's? If so then no I would not. The 750 ti does not need much for cooling and power to perfom optimally, buying a fancy 750 ti is not worth the money in my opinion.

Yes the msi gaming app has three modes silent, gaming, and OC. The difference between the 3 modes is almost nothing, in silent mode you get slightly lower clock speeds and the fans stay quieter, in OC mode it applies a very small overclock that wont do much of anything for gaming performance. My MSI 1060 also came with that software, I dont use it, its useless in my opinion.
