Would recommend neither - save another $20 and go with the Swiftech H220.

Anything under $140, just go with a good air cooler, otherwise, you're just spending the money to say you 'liquid cool but don't really care about the performance'.

- soft tube quality
- fan quality

We could suggest other if we know your budget, case, and OC target
