Display loss and 100% gpu fan

my display suddenly goes blank and the gpu fan shoots up to 100%

this mostly happens when i play but the temps are fine ranging from 55-60c

my build:

i5 4690k @ stock
Gigabyte z97 gaming 7
seasonic m12ii 620w
gtx 1060

those are GPU temps

and not sure what you meant about "which application" but if I understand it correctly then I mainly play overwatch when this happens..

sometimes I could play for hours and hour without it happening but sometimes it happens after just more or less an hour
