I am getting heating issue in my rig causing lagging and games and on normal use also, so the problem is dust and congested space , i have small and local cabinet cheapest cabinet no system fan so much dust came in my cpu daily causes heating issue and after some intense gaming my system starts lagging badly .
I need a good budget gaming cabinet and good system fan dont know how much fans need to maintain system heat my budget is total 4500 INR for cabinet and fans i lives in india i use some of these sites.

i have i3 4150 and stock cooler so i want to know that i need to replace my stock cooler to aftermarket cooler i have budget of 2000INR for it if its necessary or i seriously need it. Or i m safe with stock cooler coz its i3 weak cpu. Sorry for my bad english hope you understand what i want to say. Thank you in advance
