Hey I set an X.M.P profile for my ram to run at 1866mhz and after which I noticed significant performance improvement but also an increase in temps, I was wondering if these VCORE volts seem right usually in the bios it says its around 0.88 idle and max I see with stress tests are 1.238 with Prime95. Can an X.M.P change CPU volts? ive also noticed it spikes up volt to max when opening programmes such as BF1 like i noticed higher temps opening the game than actually playing it, since it spikes the volt before my fans can react so the temps will spike.
Depending on the heat of my room with a h100 running small FFTSi i can see temps of the low 60's mostly but can spike to 72c at max if my fans tune down.

Solution
Maximum recommended Vcore for 22 nanometer processors is 1.300.
Maximum recommended sustained Core temperature is 80C.

You are well within both of these maximum recommended values, so there's nothing to be concerned about.
