I am thoroughly confussed to why this is happening, I have encountered no other issues but this one. So when I go to run youtube in chrome, Microsoft edge or even mozilla the video is pixelated and choppy which is completely unwatchable. I tried turning down the setting of the videos and closing all other programs but there is no change. The only solution I have found is restarting which is a 50/50 bet if it will work. I am not sure what exactly is the problem as when I open task manager nothing there seems to be no issues. Any help would be appreciated as Im at a loss of where to start, even googling all yesterday did me no good.

here is an example

Intel Core i7 6700K 4.0GHz
ASUS Z170I PRO GAMING
GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Solution
There was an issue with some drivers for nVidia a short while back which caused such things (and also effected Gifs as well). Newer drivers should have resolved the issue. If it doesn't, consider going into your browser settings and turn off hardware acceleration to see if it helps.
