Hi,

So I have tested my PC on Firestrike and got a score of 11970 while most of the others get around 13000.

My Score: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/11120844
Also in games I get about 10% lower performance than others.

Can someone tell me why that is?

PC Specs:
Zotac GTX 1070 AMP! Extreme
i5-3570k 3.4Ghz
16GB RAM
B75MA-P45
Corsair Vengeance 650W

I have some images I took from 3 games if that helps.

The high cpu usage at ~98% and the 40-70% gpu usage means your gpu is limited by your cpu, since it's the cpu's job to send info to the gpu about what to process

What do you recommened me to do? Should I get a new cpu or go the risk of overclocking it. Because I don't have much knowledge of overclocking cpu's except for increasing the CPU Ratio in the bios a bit and testing it untill it gets too hot or it crashes. I am a bit unsecure doing overclocking on cpu's. :/

I wasn't born with an innate knowledge of overclocking. Nor have I ever blown a component to pieces or rendered it inoperable through my overclocking efforts. I did what anybody else would do. Google and YouTube. StartIt's best to start with reputable business "guides" first, if they're available. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCIWTX-jy9A or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=668ATnnBOZU . After that established Youtuber's might be the next choice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qcta3RStYSM . Take it slow. If you hear something like 25 millivolts make sure you know it means .025 in your BIOS.

Need a better cooler? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA9PV3YE9689

SR-71 has a wealth of knowledge and is a mod with over 63,000 posts. If SR-71 says OCing was helpful for his? son I'd go the route he suggests and ask questions, Google and watch more vids or guides if in doubt.

In the end, it's your rig. You can leave well enough alone until you can upgrade your board, CPU and RAM. Eventually people here or those at YouTube can pass on their OCing knowledge to you and then you can take advantage of the value OCing can represent.

The "K" processors were developed with overclocking in mind.
Chips vary, so Intel could not guarantee any particular result.
Just leave all voltages on auto and gradually raise the multiplier.
Stress test with occt, not prime95 or IBT. It will shut down the test if it reaches 85c.
The key for safety is to monitor the vcore.
For sandy bridge, that is about 1.3v.
You can monitor that with cpu-z

Guys! There's a small issue on my motherboard.... I can only set the CPU ratio Multiplier to 38 at max... so it's 3.8Ghz. I did this, did a stability test on ''IntelBurntest'' which ended up successfully stable and the test on Fire strike again and got 12792, which is great. But is it good enough or still a small bottleneck? Because I really can't stand 5%> bottlenecking.

Is 3.8Ghz enough or should I get a new Motherboard/Mainboard (Asus Z170 Pro Gaming) and the i5 6600k?

Images of my current Bios settings (ask if u need specific setting info):

I've also just tested gta 5 and it runs a bit better but still mostly about 60% GPU Usage only and 85%-98% CPU usage....... Should I upgrade to an Asus Z170 Pro Gaming and the i5 6600k to solve this issue?

If you have the money and inclination, sure. Simplest fix.

Have you fully explored the 3570's potential? http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2223941/3570k-overclock-msi-screenshots.html has more information about overclocking that chip. Or, sell the board, chips and RAM to soften the upgrade price.

It looks like from your first post you have a B75 board, Your going to want to look at Z68/Z75/Z77 for going past the turbo boost limit (3.8GHz ratio 38) on your CPU. Those boards will allow you to take the multiplier up to the levels you want. Since you would have to get a new motherboard for overclocking, now might be the time to upgrade to Skylake, if that is a cost you want to swallow. I personally still use a 3570K as my main CPU (overclocked of course).

I missed that info. Thanks for pointing that out. Me and Ivy aren't very familiar with each other.

I wouldn't upgrade just yet even though you may not be satisfied with your minor overclock. Kaby Lake is due out next month. That normally means price reductions for the previous generation. I'd bide your time and watch the chip(66 or 6700K???) you want for the price that you are comfortable with. Not sure if it's mentioned here but if you have WIn 10 and it's tied to your Microsoft account and it's build 1607(or later) a new operating system isn't necessary. That's been the norm with OEM builds. Change the motherboard and a new OS is usually needed. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/20530/windows-10-reactivating-after-hardware-change
