what hardware to improve in pc

I want ideas to upgrade my first build. I built this pc for stability and it has performed flawlessly for 2 yrs. I play primarily rfactor. Parts list: P8B75-M
i3 3240
ram mem. 8gb
geforce gtx 750ti
BP500u Antec psu dual rail
2 case fans
I want to improve gaming experience and overall pc performance and, as always, to learn something new. What part or two would benefit this build. Thank you

I also run linux on same machine (along with win 7) and would prefer to stay with an intel graphics card. I did not know there was difficulty using the 750 with linux until after a year's use. I never had a problem with the 750 and linux.
Price cap for the cpu is 250$ usa.
Thanks, I figured the cpu needed to be upgraded. I did not know if cpu or gpu should be changed first.
