Can't change Sata Mode (Only AHCI shows).

Hi, When im in bios InsydeH20 on my acer.
Bios recognizes Toshiba HDD 250GB, but there is only one choise :
SATA MODE : AHCI.
When i wanted to install win7/8/10, installation wizard can't find any HHD.
In bios there is no TAB such ADVANCED, its kinda simple.

any ideas ?

Yes, i can change Legacy/Uefi on bios.
Ya, this is my new Used laptop, that i bought as "not working", becouse it stucked at ACER logo.
I switched to my other used sata 250gb hdd which bios recognizes, but windows installer cant see any HDD mounted.
And yes, this disc is blank.

Acer E1-572G.
